The  Rescue  Service
45p per minute contact With the advent of  1to1 training, it is now possible to direct the learning experience specifically for individual students. Using special software and the ability to quickly see the student’s computer screen whether it’s on a Mac or a Windows PC makes communication and instruction very easy. 
The Photo Academy goes one stage further for those that wish to participate in the Academy’s rescue service.  The rescue service is a post course addition whereby the student is given instant access via a desk top program to speak to any available tutor.
The rescue service has been designed to use the minimum amount of contact for the maximum results, maybe you just can’t remember how to do something and need a little reminder or it wasn’t covered in the initial training and you could do with just a little contact for a few minutes.  All you do is just press the contact rescue button on Your desktop and if the tutor is at the academy, he will be able to answer and guide you to the solution you’re looking for.  Payment for this service is by the minute and through a credit or debit card, as the main contact will be for short periods of time, just a quick in and out and the Job is done.
